This was published in Oot & Aboot by Tom Neal : "A large bar area will greet you as you enter, then the room opens up to an airy, high-ceilinged auditorium that will accommodate around 500 people standing. A separate, secondary bar will occupy a corner to the right of the stage. Did I say the stage was sizable? It will easily handle a fully equipped band and allow plenty of room for skinny front men to run about like Mick. The Filmore has the potential to be an important regional venue and vital element to help complete Wausau’s entertainment picture."

    Sonic Circus consisting of Dennis Peters on Vocals, Dan Comperini on Bass, Scotty Meyer on Guitar welcomes new members Greg Thiel on Drums and Susan Davis on Keyboards.

    We wish to thank all our fans for their support during this long absence but we are back and ready to rock!

    Thank you to all the guitarist that have called or emailed us for an audition.  We are very fortunate to have such great talent in the valley.  Our original guitarist was able to make changes to his schedule to allow him to continue with the band. 

    A very special thanks to Craig Fuller for all you have done to try and keep this thing rolling while Dennis was away playing soldier.

    On a sad note we are sorry to announce that Scotty Schroeder and Johnny Palecek will no longer continue with the band as active musicians although they will always be a part of this crazy Sonic Circus family.

    … and now, the show must go on!
